Where we operate

For more than sixty years, we have been designing and manufacturing metal wire components for six industrial sectors. Advanced technology, complete customization, and in-house quality control ensure reliable and long-lasting solutions.

Bed bases

Custom-made bed bases for motorhomes and caravans, featuring aluminum frames and premium wooden slats. Each bed base is hand-assembled and can be customized in terms of materials, dimensions, finishes, and fastening systems. Volo Bed Bases are also available, easy to assemble and disassemble, ideal for the safety of young children.

Household appliances

For more than 40 years, we have partnered with leading global manufacturers (including Whirlpool) in the production of grids, baskets, and dividers for refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers. Since 2013, we have also manufactured high-efficiency Skin Condensers, using fully automated welding lines and a Lean approach from 3D CAD design to delivery.

Caravans & Motorhomes

Pull-out columns, modular baskets, and accessories for kitchens and living areas designed to optimize every centimeter of space inside motorhomes and caravans. Each solution is custom-developed using dedicated robotic cells and is available in chrome-plated, painted, or stainless steel finishes according to customer requirements.

Furniture industry

Steel wire accessories for kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes: Made in Italy design combined with automated production using robotic cells and CNC bending machines. Our technical department co-develops every solution with the customer, from the initial concept to the approved sample, optimizing form, function, and costs.

Planters & Plant stands

Planters and plant stands made from metal wire, manufactured according to our original designs using CNC bending machines and dedicated robotic cells. A wide range of finishes is available (powder coating, galvanizing, chrome plating), with fully customizable dimensions for both small batches and large-volume production.
